Construction
The new regulator will be a completely new team, having nothing in common (other than the manufacturer) with Ares. Regulator will design a membrane, a single-stage. Housing regulator will cast pressure aluminum alloy that both sides closed lids made of high-temperature plastic reinforced with fiberglass. The use of plastic to improve the thermal balance of the regulator by reducing heat dissipation to the environment. This allows more heat energy is supplied to the expanding gas. Made of aluminum body regulator with a significant expansion chamber volume surrounded by a heating system with a large area provides performance regulator allowing gas supply motors with power up to 200 hp. Reducer has a very low pressure drop output (regulated in the range of 80-150 kPa), which was obtained by suitable design and selection of components. Assembly
Installation of the regulator is very simple due to the small dimensions and compact design and is using dedicated fixtures. Made of plastic, rotating probes (cooling liquid and gas output) will also facilitate the work of editors.
Staff
By integrating regulator with gas solenoid valve and liquid phase filter minimizes manual effort of the gas. Replacing the filter is not required to detach the high-pressure, and the appropriate arrangement of the regulator (filter cover up) provides very good access. Regulator also has a built-in temperature sensor and the gas required by regulations approval safety valve.

The premiere of the new regulator App Studio is planned for next year. It will be unveiled at the GasShow 2013. Price reducer will be attractive and suitable for reais Polish market.
