Idea

     Power vaporized gas engines, although common, is unfortunately some shortcomings, which, together with the development of gas systems were eliminated. Still, this method of administration of gas to the engine is not perfect. Noticeable decrease in engine power resulting from the decrease in the filling of cylinders with earlier generations of gas, which used mixers mounted in the intake systems is currently using the sequential gas injection system evaporated, virtually unnoticed. However, developers still face difficulties in providing adequate amount of fuel gas, energy corresponding to a dose of gasoline. This dose of LPG in the gaseous phase can not even fit in the manifold of the engine, not to mention the combustion chambers. Even if they inject it into the cylinders do not have enough volume to store the appropriate amount of air for combustion. Another disadvantage of installations using LPG in the gaseous phase natural gas is the amount of the evaporated gas in the regulator-evaporator, which is dependent on atmospheric conditions (temperature and pressure). The solution to eliminate these drawbacks is the injection of gas in the liquid phase. The same portion of the fuel (as compared with systems using LPG gas phase) will be 260 times less volume. This is the only way to ensure proper engine, equivalent to a dose of gasoline, fuel gas. Injection of gas in the liquid phase is by far the most perfect method LPG engine power. An additional advantage is the possibility to improve engine performance, due to the fact that the vaporizing LPG in the intake and combustion chambers (depending on the solution) and a heat sink to the air causes it to cool, thereby contributing to increase the density of gas-air mixture, and consequently increase the filling factor. With the right dose selection algorithm can even improve LPG engine parameters (increase in power and torque) compared to petrol.
